Shine is a French neobank and digital financial platform built to simplify banking and administrative tasks for small businesses, freelancers, self-employed professionals, and micro-enterprises. It combines online banking with integrated tools that help entrepreneurs manage their finances and operations more efficiently.
As part of its continued expansion into other European markets, a German version of the product was launched at the end of 2025. My role was to develop the tone of voice guidelines for both German and English content.
In addition, I wrote the entire German website, as well as its accompanying English-language version for the German market. Since the German offering does not yet provide its full functionality, a clear communication strategy was required to guide marketing messaging and shape the overall user journey. I was responsible for translating this strategy into cohesive, user-focused content.
